Successful Auto Dealer's Experience With D.I.S.C.
Since going through the D.I.S.C. profile analysis with Jerry Wengert, I’ve gained invaluable insights about my family, my employees and myself. Specifically, I've been able to recognize and better understand my own strengths and weaknesses, as well as those of the people around me.
These insights have enabled me to deal with my family and employees more effectively by interacting with them based upon their respective personalities rather than my own preferences.
Also, by better understanding their strengths and weaknesses, I've been able to better align their job responsibilities with their strengths. Through Jerry and the D.I.S.C. analysis, I am happy to say I’ve become a better leader at home and at work.
Sincerely,
Scott Ritter

Ministry Case Study:
We targeted the children’s division of one of the fastest growing churches in Florida. We began with a volunteer team of 13 workers and an average weekly attendance of 108 children per week, K-5 through 5th grades. We gave each volunteer 8 to 10 hours of D.I.S.C. training, January through April on a monthly TEAM training meeting. We helped each adult worker to realize what personality they have been created with, identity their spouses personality, and that of their children. We then moved to the identifying the personalities of the children we teach.i.e. We worked with the high energy and outgoing children, that had in many cases been than labeled by their weekday educators as ADHD children. We strived to correctly assess their personality, give them encouragement, raise their self-esteem level and task them with leadership responsibilities. The results were amazing with happier children, happier parents, and peoples needs being meant. We exercised the same techniques in dealing with parents, of all backgrounds, martial status and beliefs.
RESULTS:
We were able to achieve a higher level of cooperation and appreciation for what we were doing in ministering to their children. The weekly attendance in two years jumped to over 400 children per week and the leadership team exploding to well over 60 committed workers.

Family case study:
We worked with a very successful entrepreneurial couple, owners of 8+ businesses, three children and very giving in the ministries of their church. The need was to find a balance to meet the needs of all the demands on their time and life. Marriage partner, children, parents, corporate responsibilities, as owners with partners, Ministry team as leaders etc. After the D.I.S.C. assessment and the in-depth profiles of both, the couple was given feedback as to their specific personalities. Better understanding in how to meet the needs of their marriage partner, to better support each other, how to deal with their children based on their Children’s personalities, (all 3 have different personalities), and their partners, employees, and customers.
RESULTS:
The couple made very immediate changes in their lifestyle. They consolidated the business into five businesses, recommitted to spend more time with their family, and fewer leadership roles at their church. Less Stress for all involved in this couples lives. Much happier family and those they associate with.
